Why

I'd heard it for years...

✨"Honey lasts forever!"

"Honey never goes bad!"

"You can ferment garlic in honey!"

So I gave it a try.

🍯Fresh farmer's market garlic, raw honey, jar. That's basically it.

The first few days were INTENSE. Lots of aroma. Bubbles. It's calmed down.

40 days later... it's getting better and better. 💥Hey don't forget to burp the jar!
